(1) In accordance with Section 35 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, Nepal may publish a notice in the Gazette and request an application for voluntary retirement from the employees working in the group.
(2) The conditions of retirement of employees who retire as per sub-rule (1) shall be as mentioned in the same notification.
